Group Pilates

A full body workout to balance mind, body and spirit, following Joseph Pilates' classical method and the traditional principles of Contrology.

Each class will work towards giving you a stronger, longer and leaner body with improved posture and flexibility using the mat and tower equipment, as well as a series of smaller Pilates props.

Individual classes - £20
5x class package - £90 (£18 per class)
10x class package - £150 (£15 per class)

Private Session

Working to the same principles as group classes but with a few more pieces of equipment, including the Reformer, solo sessions are excellent if you are new to Pilates, nervous about using the equipment, returning to exercise or just keen to take your practice to the next level.
