£10 Taster session - 5.30pm Tuesday

£10 taster classes to celebrate our opening week! A 55 minute class using the mat and tower apparatus, to gently introduce the studio and classical Pilates method to anyone who might be curious. Limited spaces of 5 per class.

Please wear comfortable, clean workout gear with no zips or fastenings that could catch. Classes are taught in bare feet.
