Service Description

A full body workout to balance mind, body and spirit, following Joe Pilate's classical method and the traditional principles of Contrology. Each session will work towards giving you a stronger, longer and leaner body with improved posture and flexibility using the mat and tower equipment, as well as a series of smaller Pilates props. Solo sessions are excellent for clients for many reasons! If you are new to Pilates, nervous about using the equipment (there's no need to be though!), returning to exercise following injury/surgery or just keen to take your practice to the next level, a personally tailored session can help you feel more confident and meet your goals more quickly.
